No. The $100 deposit is non-refundable and required to reserve your setup date.
When is the final balance due?
The remaining balance is due 2 days before setup.
Can colors be customized?
Yes. Colors can be customized based on your theme and available inventory.
Do travel fees apply?

Do you decorate hotels?
Yes. We decorate hotel rooms for birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, baecations, and romantic surprises. The client is responsible for confirming hotel access and permission.
Do you decorate Airbnbs?
Yes. Airbnb setups are available. The client is responsible for providing access instructions and making sure decor is allowed at the property.
Do I need to know the room number before booking?
No. You can book before you have the room number. However, room/access details must be provided as soon as available.
Can I add cleanup?
Yes. Basic Cleanup is $70 and Deluxe Cleanup is $100.
Can I add more balloons or rose petals?
Yes. Add-ons and bundles are available to make your setup feel fuller and more luxurious.
Do you offer proposal setups?
Yes. Proposal setups are available, including premium decor and heart arch options.
Can I rent the heart arch only?
Yes. Heart arch rental can be offered as a standalone service. Pricing depends on location, delivery, setup, styling, and pickup needs.
Do you offer picnics?
Luxury picnic experiences are coming soon. You can join the waitlist for updates.
Can YouNek Luxe Decor post my setup?
We may ask for permission to photograph or record setups for marketing. Clients can request that names, faces, or personal details not be shown.
